> Please click Directory > Import & Export in your WordPress admin panel menu
> Please click on the Export tab to access the settings

> Please choose the following settings
> Which listings to export – Please select that if you want to export All, Active only/Active + Pending Renewal
> Export images – Please check the box to include images in the export
> Additional metadata to export – Please check from a list of values that you want to include
> What operating system will you use to edit the CSV file? (required) – Please select if you will be editing the CSV file on a Windows or macOS computer.
> Image Separator (required) – A semicolon will be filled in by default
> Category Separator (required) – A semicolon will be filled in by default
> Please click on the Export Listings button once you have made your selections. The export will then be prepared.
> Please click on the Download button.
> Please click on the Cleanup button to remove any temporary files that were generated, once it has been downloaded
