> Please start CuteFTP
> You will see the Connection Wizard dialog box, please click Cancel
> Please click File > Site Manager now you will see the Site Settings for New Site dialog field
> Please enter a name you want to use to identify your account in the label for the site field
> Please enter the FTP address in the FTP Host Address field. (like ftp1.klclweb.com)
> Please enter your username in the FTP site User Name field
> Please enter your password in the FTP site Password
> Please click the Edit button and now you will see the Site Properties dialog box
> Please be sure User PASV mode is checked
> Please be sure the Default Remote Directory is blank
> Please click Ok
> Please connect
