Create MySQL5 Databases
> Please click "Create Database" under MySQL5 databases item
> Please enter correct MySQL5 database name and click "Save"
Create MySQL5 database users
> Please Click "Create User" under MySQL5 Users item
> Please enter the correct MySQL5 user name and password, Please select the database name which you want the new user to have permission to connect.
Map the created MySQL5 database and MySQL5 database user
> Please Click the created database
> Please Map the created MySQL5 database to the MySQL5 database user and save the changes
