> Please login to your cPanel account
> Please search for the “mailbox” in the search box
> Please click on the Mailbox Conversion
> Please select the account you want to utilize from the options Convert to maildir and Convert to mdbox
> Please click on the Next button
> Please check the box beside the accounts you want to convert then click the Next button
> You can Check the box next to the Keep old mailbox files option if you want to save them, if you check this then you have to delete the file manually
> Please click on the Convert Selected
