How to edit the Most Read Posts Module in Joomla?

> Please login to your Joomla admin dashboard

> Please go to Extensions > Module Manager

> Please filter using the filter feature at the top menu, please type "most read posts" and click on the Most read post result

> Please make your desired changes in the configuration screen 

> Please click on the Save button to save the configuration
