Please follow these steps to set up Outlook Express to retrieve email (Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain name.)
> Please click on "Tools," Select "Accounts..." from the top menu
> Please select the "Add" Tab, then select "Mail..." from the right side of the "Internet Accounts" Dialogue box,
> Please enter the name In the "Your Name" Dialogue box In the "Your Name" dialogue box that you want to appear in outgoing emails and then click the "Next"
> Please enter the email address (ex. [email protected]) in the "Internet Email Address" Dialogue box that you want to appear in outgoing emails and click "Next".
> Please select POP3 in the mail server drop-down box in the "E-mail Servers Names" Dialogue box. And the enter mail.yourdomain.com as the incoming and mail.yourdomain.com as the outgoing mail server names then click "Next".
> Please enter your full email address in the "Account name" field (ex. [email protected]) in the "Internet Mail Logon" Dialogue box, and enter your email account password the click "Next".
> Please click on "Finish"
> Please double click on the account you just set up in the "Internet Accounts" Dialogue box.
> Navigate to the "Servers" Tab and please check "My server requires authentication"
> Please click on the "Settings" button.
> Please click the "Log on using" radio button in the "Outgoing Mail Server" Dialogue box.
> Please enter your full email address in the "Account name" field
> Please enter your email account password in the "Password" field
> Please click "OK" on all dialogue boxes
Please note: SMTP default port is 25, an alternative port is 8889.
