Please follow these steps to set up Windows Live Mail to retrieve and send emails from our mail servers (Please replace "yourdomain.com" with your real domain name)
> Please login to Windows Live Mail.
> Please go to Tools/Accounts.
> Please click on Add and choose E-mail Account.
> Email address: Please enter the full email address of the POP account you are going to access.
> Password: Please enter the password associated with the above account.
> Display Name: Please enter the name you would like to display on the email and then click Next.
> Please choose POP3 for the incoming mail server.
> Incoming server: mail.yourdomain.com.
> Please Choose Authenticated POP (APOP) for Log on using.
> Login ID: Please enter the full email address of the POP account you are accessing (ex. [email protected]).
> Outgoing Server: Please enter the name of the SMTP server (ex. mail.yourdomain.com).
> Please click on My outgoing server requires authentication. Click Next. Note: be sure that "This server requires a secure connection (SSL)" is unchecked. Leave everything else in its default state. By default Windows Live Mail will keep a copy of the emails on our email server.
> Please click Finish.
Please Note: SMTP default port is 25, an alternative port is 8889
