> Please login to your cPanel account
> Please click on the "Backup Manager" button at the Files section
> Please click on cPanel Backups
> Please click the Download a Full Account Backup button at the full backup section
> On this screen please ensure that the Home Directory option is selected
> Please enter your email address if you want an email notification when the backup will be completed
> Please select the box next to Do not send email notification of backup completion if you do not want an email notification
> Please click the Generate Backup button
> You can download the backup file from the cPanel, the file will be located at /home directory
