How to Copy PHP.ini from another cPanel Account?

> Please SSH VPS as root user and please hit the below commands, Please replace user1 with the cPanel user needs and user2 with the cPanel user with a php.ini

cp /home/user2/public_html/php.ini /home/user1/public_html/php.ini
