Wordpress is widely used CMS so it is possible that some users would like to access wordpress in their national language, so here are the steps which shows how to change the language of the wordpress dashboard by default it is in English language.
1. Log in to wordpress dashboard
2. From left menu Go to settings > general.
3. You will notice a drop down menu in site language> from here you have to select the language in which you have to access wordpress dashboard
4. Save the details.
Now you can access the wordpress dashboard in your preferred language
